Here you get reps on killing bad ideas, hearing the objection your buyer hasn't said out loud, and building until something you made is worth paying for.
🟢 PROGRAM
Day 1: We help you set up and ideate. You start building.
Week 1: We do group stand-ups every day. You do a demo on Sunday.
Mentors & peers give you feedback so that you can drop parts of your idea that don't work, refine the rest.
Week 2,3: You continue building or figure out distribution and monetization, guided by Sherpa-b with async access to mentors via Slack. Then you demo again, on Sunday.
Week 4: we do daily stand-ups again to prep you to present your shipped agent in a public showcase on the last Friday.
You (might) come back for another cohort to continue building with us.

Each workflow produces a concrete artifact (problem framing doc, eval dataset, architecture spec) that carries forward and feeds your build
A tested ICP, a hypothesis you've actually put in front of real people and refined accordingly
Understanding of where your users hang out, how they buy, and how to reach them
A monetization or pricing hypothesis you've stress-tested, not just modeled in a spreadsheet

Most participants fail because they're not there to build. Outside of that we don't expect you to bring much prior experience
Having used some AI tools
We will help you set up and use an agentic tool (Claude Code or Claude Desktop or similar tools). Any prior exposure is helpful
Version control tools
Since we use agents heavily, we help you set up Git version control to protect your work as agents "do work" for you.
